Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Rizzify Text - AI Dating Reply Coach. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rizzify Text - AI Dating Reply Coach. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. Description of Service
The App analyzes a message you provide (via text or screenshot) and uses AI to generate suggested reply text. The App presents suggested replies in different tones ("vibes") for you to review, edit, copy, and send.
4. No Account Required
The App does not require account creation. Use is associated with an anonymous device identifier. Uninstalling the app may result in loss of history and preferences.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
• Free Tier: Limited AI generations per day. • Pro Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly or yearly billing via App Store/Play Store. • Consumable Credits: One-time purchases of reply credits. • Refunds: Handled exclusively by Apple or Google.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to: harass, threaten, or abuse others; impersonate any entity; generate sexually explicit content involving minors; or violate any applicable laws.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
• Reply suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate. • You are solely responsible for reviewing and choosing to send any suggested reply. • The App is not affiliated with any dating platform (Tinder, Bumble, etc.).
8. "Explicit Mode" (18+ Feature)
Enabling Explicit Mode confirms you are 18+ and consent to receiving potentially suggestive content. You remain responsible for recipient consent and platform compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, design, and branding are owned by us. You are granted a limited license for personal use. We make no claim of ownership over messages you choose to send.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party infrastructure (Supabase, OpenRouter) and platforms (Apple/Google). We are not responsible for their service outages.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY MESSAGES SENT USING AI SUGGESTIONS.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, subject to local consumer protection laws.
